Bids/Requests for Proposal




We are pleased to inform you that our Authority will now conduct quotes on our internet-based marketplace. (as our Authority is paying all costs associated with communicating and responding to our bids, there will not be any additional charges to your firm to use this system). To take part in this process, please follow the instructions below:

If you have not yet registered to participate in HACB's E-procurement, please follow the directions below: (you may want to print these directions to complete the process).

1. Click here to access the HACB E-procurement page: HACB E-procurement

2. Click where shown to 'register your company' (at the conclusion you will be logged-off and will receive a password by e-mail).

3. Once you have received your password proceed to www.nahro.economicengine.com and click on the blue login button in the upper left hand corner area. This will take you to the 'Marketplace Login' page. (Save this website link as this will be where you will go to login in the future)

4. Enter your email and your password and click the login button to access the system. (You will be prompted to check a supplier agreement box each time you login.)

5. Once in the system, you will see all available requests from our housing authority.

6. Once you find a Bid/RFP that you are interested in, click on the blue link with the description and follow the directions to download and or print out the bid documents.

7. Once you have viewed the bid documents and have made a decision on whether to respond, just follow bid instructions as to how to respond properly to the bid. (Some bids require you to submit pricing online, while some also require hard copy information to be submitted, please follow the directions or you maybe considered “non-compliant”)

8. If you have any problems in accessing, registering, or software functionality, please call customer support at 1-866-526-9266. Customer Support personnel are available from 8am Eastern to 8pm Eastern, Monday through Friday.
