| The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released its 2014-15 Continuum of Care Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). This program makes grants available to organizations that assist homeless persons. The Butte Countywide Homeless Continuum of Care reviews and ranks applications for applicants in Butte County prior to submission to HUD. A link to the NOFA is provided below.
