The PBV Waiting list is scheduled to be opened on July 18th at 9:00 a.m. through September 16th, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Applications for the PBV waiting list will only be available online. Applicants are placed on the list in a first come first served basis.

Before beginning the application process, please gather the following information for each member of the household:

    ✓ First & Last name with Middle Initial

NOTES

    ✓ All applicants already on the Waiting List DO NOT need to apply again.

    ✓ There will not be any on-site PBV pre-applications and the HACB admin office will not be distributing pre-applications. ALL PRE-APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED ONLINE.

    ✓ Completed pre-applications must be submitted by 12:00 p.m., Friday, September 16, 2022. Incomplete pre-applications or partially completed pre-applications will not be accepted. Pre-applications received after the 9/16/22 deadline will not be accepted.

    ✓Providing an E-mail address will result in the confirmation being E-mailed to you.

    ✓ Eligible families will be referred to units subsidized with Section 8 Project-Based Vouchers from the Housing Authority of the County of Butte in partnership with non-profit housing owners. The housing assistance is only available at the designed properties for families meeting the property restrictions as indicated above in the last column of the chart. After twelve months of residency, families will be eligible for a Housing Choice Voucher, subject to availability.

    ✓ All requests for Reasonable Accommodation will be considered. Pre-Applications are available in multiple languages. Include your name, phone number, and a description of the issue in your message.
